My SocialOS Affiliate Program Terms
Effective date: September 21, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the My SocialOS Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to, participating in, or using an affiliate account associated with the Program, you agree to these Terms.
The Program allows approved individuals and businesses (“Affiliates”) to promote My SocialOS and earn commissions from qualifying customers referred through their unique affiliate links.
See the Affiliate Program page for an overview, or apply at https://socialos.getrewardful.com/signup.
1. Program Overview
The My SocialOS Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to My SocialOS through authorized affiliate links.
The current standard commission is:
30% recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue from qualifying referred customers.
The Program currently uses a:
60-day referral cookie.
Affiliate participation is subject to application and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
My SocialOS reserves the right to approve or reject an application in its discretion, consistent with applicable law.
2. Affiliate Eligibility and Approval
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information when applying to the Program.
Applicants may include, but are not limited to:
- content creators
- affiliate marketers
- bloggers
- newsletter publishers
- podcasters
- coaches
- consultants
- agencies
- freelancers
- business and technology educators
- My SocialOS customers
- other individuals or organizations with legitimate methods of referring prospective customers
My SocialOS may review an applicant’s website, social media presence, audience, promotional methods, business model, or other relevant information when evaluating an application.
Approval is not guaranteed.
My SocialOS may reject or later terminate an Affiliate whose activities, content, audience, promotional methods, or conduct create legal, reputational, financial, security, fraud, or brand-related concerns.
3. Affiliate Account
Approved Affiliates will receive access to an affiliate account and unique referral link through the affiliate platform used by My SocialOS.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their affiliate account.
Affiliate links may not be transferred, sold, assigned, manipulated, or shared with another Affiliate for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A “Qualifying Referral” generally occurs when:
- a prospective customer follows an Affiliate’s authorized referral link;
- the referral is properly tracked and attributed to that Affiliate;
- the customer becomes a paying My SocialOS subscriber within the applicable attribution period;
- the transaction is legitimate and successfully paid; and
- the referral otherwise complies with these Terms.
A referral is not considered qualifying merely because a person clicked an affiliate link or created a free account.
Commissions are earned only from eligible paid subscription revenue attributed to the Affiliate under the Program’s tracking and attribution rules.
5. Referral Tracking and 60-Day Cookie
The Program currently uses a 60-day referral cookie.
This means a prospective customer’s referral may remain attributable to an Affiliate for up to 60 days following an eligible click on the Affiliate’s referral link.
Actual attribution is determined by the Program’s tracking system and applicable attribution rules.
Browser settings, cookie restrictions, privacy software, device changes, deletion of cookies, technical failures, subsequent referral activity, and other circumstances may affect tracking.
My SocialOS cannot guarantee that every referral interaction will be successfully tracked.
Affiliate commissions will be determined using the records maintained by My SocialOS and its affiliate tracking/payment systems, absent a demonstrable tracking or accounting error.
6. Commission Rate
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, approved Affiliates are eligible to earn:
30% recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue collected from qualifying referred customers.
Recurring commission means that an Affiliate may continue earning commission from eligible subscription payments made by a qualifying referred customer while that customer’s subscription remains active, paid, eligible, and attributed to the Affiliate under the Program.
Recurring commission does not mean that an Affiliate is guaranteed any minimum number of payments or any particular amount of income.
If a referred customer’s eligible subscription ends, the recurring commission associated with that subscription also ends.
7. Eligible Revenue
Commission is calculated only on eligible subscription revenue actually received and retained by My SocialOS.
Unless My SocialOS expressly states otherwise in writing, commission is not payable on amounts attributable to:
- taxes
- refunds
- credits
- chargebacks
- reversed transactions
- disputed transactions
- fraudulent transactions
- free trials
- complimentary accounts
- fully discounted transactions
- non-subscription charges
- promotional benefits
- travel incentives
- amounts not successfully collected
- transactions determined to be ineligible under these Terms
If a commission has already been credited or paid on revenue that is later refunded, charged back, reversed, determined fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, My SocialOS may reverse that commission or deduct the corresponding amount from future commissions.
8. Payouts
Affiliate commissions are subject to validation before becoming payable.
Payments will be processed according to the payout procedures, timing, eligibility requirements, and supported payment methods established by My SocialOS and/or its affiliate payment platform.
Affiliates are responsible for completing any information or verification reasonably required to receive payment.
My SocialOS may delay payment where reasonably necessary to investigate:
- suspected fraud
- chargebacks
- disputed referrals
- tracking irregularities
- violations of these Terms
- inaccurate account information
- payment-processing issues
- other activity requiring verification
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees, or other financial obligations arising from affiliate income unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to earn commissions on their own My SocialOS subscriptions.
Affiliates may also not create additional accounts, use another person’s identity, manipulate attribution, or otherwise structure a transaction primarily for the purpose of generating commission on their own purchase.
Transactions involving an Affiliate’s own account, payment method, or substantially identical customer identity may be reviewed and may be deemed ineligible.
Legitimate referrals to separate customers or businesses are permitted.
10. Permitted Promotion
Affiliates may promote My SocialOS through legitimate marketing channels including, where appropriate:
- websites
- blogs
- social media
- YouTube
- podcasts
- newsletters
- email lists for which the Affiliate has appropriate permission
- educational content
- product reviews
- tutorials
- demonstrations
- communities
- direct recommendations
- other lawful marketing channels
Affiliates must accurately represent My SocialOS and the nature of their relationship with the Program.
11. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever required by applicable law, regulation, platform rules, or advertising standards.
Disclosures must be clear and reasonably noticeable to the audience.
Affiliates operating in the United States should comply with applicable Federal Trade Commission endorsement and advertising requirements.
An Affiliate may use straightforward disclosures such as:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
A disclosure should not be intentionally hidden, obscured, or placed where an ordinary viewer is unlikely to notice it.
Affiliates are responsible for understanding and complying with disclosure requirements applicable to their jurisdiction and promotional channels.
12. Prohibited Promotional Practices
Affiliates may not promote My SocialOS using deceptive, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading practices.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- false or misleading advertising
- false claims about My SocialOS
- fabricated testimonials or reviews
- impersonating My SocialOS or its employees
- presenting oneself as an official My SocialOS representative
- misleading claims about pricing, features, results, guarantees, or availability
- guaranteed income or earnings claims
- misleading statements regarding affiliate earnings
- unauthorized incentives designed to manipulate attribution
- cookie stuffing
- forced clicks
- hidden affiliate links
- malicious redirects
- adware or spyware
- fraudulent transactions
- fake customer accounts
- automated or bot-generated purchases
- deceptive domain names
- deceptive search advertisements
- unlawful text-message marketing
- unlawful email marketing
- unsolicited bulk commercial email or spam
- promotion through illegal content or activities
Affiliates may not make claims that My SocialOS itself would not be legally permitted to make.
13. Email and Direct Outreach
Affiliates using email or other direct electronic communications to promote My SocialOS are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform requirements governing those communications.
Affiliates may not represent that an email or direct communication was sent by My SocialOS unless expressly authorized.
My SocialOS does not authorize Affiliates to send unlawful spam or other prohibited unsolicited communications on its behalf.
14. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding
Affiliates may use legitimate paid advertising to promote their own content or marketing properties, subject to these Terms.
However, unless My SocialOS provides prior written authorization, Affiliates may not bid on My SocialOS branded search terms or confusingly similar variations for the purpose of directing paid traffic through an affiliate link.
Restricted terms include, without limitation:
- My SocialOS
- SocialOS when clearly referring to My SocialOS
- Remi when used in combination with My SocialOS branding
- My SocialOS Affiliate Program
- confusing misspellings or variations designed to capture branded search traffic
Affiliates may not create advertisements that falsely appear to be official My SocialOS advertisements.
Affiliates may not directly link from prohibited branded search advertisements to an affiliate referral URL.
15. Domains, Social Accounts and Impersonation
Affiliates may not register or operate domains, social media accounts, usernames, profiles, apps, or other digital properties that falsely suggest they are owned, operated, or officially endorsed by My SocialOS.
Affiliates may not use My SocialOS trademarks or confusingly similar variations in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding ownership or affiliation.
Examples of prohibited behavior include creating accounts or domains presented as:
- “Official My SocialOS”
- “My SocialOS Support”
- “My SocialOS Customer Service”
or similar representations without written authorization.
16. Brand Assets
Approved Affiliates may use promotional assets specifically provided or approved by My SocialOS for affiliate promotion.
Affiliate use of My SocialOS names, logos, screenshots, graphics, trademarks, or other brand assets must:
- relate to legitimate promotion of My SocialOS;
- not materially alter the meaning of the asset;
- not imply ownership of the brand;
- not imply a partnership, employment relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond participation in the Affiliate Program; and
- comply with any brand guidelines provided by My SocialOS.
My SocialOS may require an Affiliate to modify or discontinue particular uses of its brand assets.
17. Content Standards
Affiliates may not knowingly promote My SocialOS alongside content or activities that are illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or reasonably likely to cause material harm to My SocialOS or its users.
My SocialOS may terminate participation where an Affiliate’s promotional activities create significant legal, security, fraud, or reputational risk.
18. Affiliate Independence
Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, fiduciary relationship, or other similar relationship between an Affiliate and My SocialOS.
Affiliates are independent participants responsible for their own:
- business activities
- marketing expenses
- taxes
- personnel
- equipment
- representations
- regulatory compliance
Affiliates have no authority to enter into agreements, incur obligations, make commitments, or provide warranties on behalf of My SocialOS.
19. Earnings Disclaimer
Participation in the My SocialOS Affiliate Program does not guarantee income.
Any examples showing potential affiliate commissions are illustrative only.
Actual affiliate earnings depend on factors including:
- audience
- promotional activity
- customer conversion
- subscription selection
- customer retention
- refunds
- cancellations
- attribution
- compliance with these Terms
My SocialOS makes no representation or guarantee regarding the amount an Affiliate will earn.
20. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
If a qualifying referred customer:
- receives a refund,
- disputes a payment,
- initiates a chargeback,
- has a transaction reversed,
- fails to successfully pay,
- or otherwise produces revenue that My SocialOS does not ultimately retain,
the corresponding commission may be canceled, reversed, withheld, or deducted from future affiliate earnings.
If a referred customer cancels their subscription, the Affiliate will no longer earn recurring commission on future subscription payments that are not made.
Previously valid commissions based on legitimate revenue retained by My SocialOS are not automatically invalidated solely because the customer later cancels, unless another provision of these Terms applies.
21. Fraud and Abuse
My SocialOS may investigate referrals or Affiliate activity when there is reasonable evidence of:
- fraudulent referrals
- fake accounts
- duplicate accounts
- manipulated attribution
- stolen payment information
- suspicious payment activity
- self-referrals
- artificial traffic
- bot activity
- unauthorized incentives
- cookie manipulation
- violations of these Terms
My SocialOS may withhold disputed commissions while conducting a reasonable investigation.
Commissions associated with fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible activity may be canceled or forfeited.
Serious or repeated abuse may result in immediate termination from the Program.
22. Program Suspension or Termination
Either party may end the Affiliate relationship.
An Affiliate may stop participating in the Program at any time.
My SocialOS may suspend or terminate an Affiliate for reasons including:
- violation of these Terms
- fraud or suspected fraud supported by reasonable evidence
- deceptive marketing
- spam
- misuse of My SocialOS intellectual property
- reputational harm
- unlawful conduct
- manipulation of referral tracking
- material misrepresentation
- other conduct materially harmful to the Program, My SocialOS, or its customers
Where appropriate, My SocialOS may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before termination.
Serious violations, fraud, unlawful activity, or deliberate abuse may result in immediate termination.
23. Commissions Following Termination
Termination does not automatically eliminate valid commissions already earned from legitimate qualifying transactions before termination.
However, commissions connected to fraud, prohibited self-referrals, manipulated attribution, chargebacks, refunds, violations of these Terms, or other ineligible activity may be canceled or forfeited.
Eligibility for future recurring commissions following termination may depend on the reason for termination and applicable Program rules.
My SocialOS will not use termination solely as a means of avoiding payment of otherwise valid, earned commissions.
24. Changes to the Program
My SocialOS may modify the Program from time to time, including changes to:
- commission rates
- attribution periods
- cookie duration
- eligibility requirements
- promotional rules
- payment procedures
- available affiliate resources
- these Terms
Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required by applicable law or these Terms.
Continued participation after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If an Affiliate does not agree with a material change, the Affiliate may discontinue participation in the Program.
25. Program Availability
My SocialOS may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program where reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, technical, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that the Program will remain available indefinitely.
Any discontinuation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the treatment of valid commissions described in these Terms.
26. Intellectual Property
My SocialOS and its associated names, branding, software, content, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Participation in the Program grants Affiliates only the limited permission necessary to use authorized materials for legitimate promotion of My SocialOS during their participation in the Program.
No ownership rights are transferred to an Affiliate.
27. Limitation of Program Representations
My SocialOS does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted affiliate tracking
- uninterrupted availability of the Program
- any particular conversion rate
- customer retention
- any specific amount of affiliate income
- that every referral interaction will result in attribution
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
28. Privacy
Affiliate and referral information may be processed as necessary to operate the Program, track referrals, prevent fraud, administer payments, communicate with Affiliates, and comply with legal obligations.
My SocialOS’s applicable privacy policy governs the handling of personal information by My SocialOS.
Affiliates are independently responsible for complying with privacy and data-protection requirements applicable to information they collect through their own websites, mailing lists, advertising systems, or other activities.
29. Compliance With Laws
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, advertising standards, privacy requirements, platform rules, and disclosure obligations applicable to their promotional activities.
Participation in the Program does not authorize conduct that would otherwise be unlawful.
